Cross Training 3.21.17

I. Treadmill Warm Up

4 x 1/4 mile sprints, 1 minute rest in between

4 x 100 Treadmill Walking Plank

II. Strength

  1. 10 Kettle Bell Swings
  2. 15 Deadlifts
  3. 15 Resistance Band Bicep Curls
  4. 15 each Resisted Bird-dogs
  5. 10 Man-Makers
  6. 10 Sumo Squats
  7. 5 Chin Ups

If you don’t have a treadmill, incorporate these alternative between strength rounds:

  1. 2 sets of lines

OR

  1. 1 stair climb
  2. incline walking lunges
  3. 25 m bear crawl
  4. gym lap sprint
