Cross Training 2.9.17

Running/jogging warm up. Repeat the 3 exercises of each round for 6 minutes, alternating between TRX suspension trainers and cardio/weight training.

TRX

  1. 10 low rows
  2. 10 Y Fly
  3. 20 squats
  1. 10 inverted rows
  2. 10 front squats
  3. 10 balance lunges
  1. 10 bicep curls
  2. 10 oblique crunches
  3. 10 hamstring curls

Cardio/Weight Training

  1. 10 med ball burpee body rolls
  2. 1 stair run with med ball overhead
  3. 20 med ball slams
  1. 10 wall walk ups + floor push up
  2. 10 bear crawl fwd | 10 bear crawl bkwd
  3. 1 stair run
  1. 15 body bar push press
  2. 1 gym length of front weighted walking lunges
  3. 1 stair run
