Boot Camp 1.26.2017

There are 15 stations. You need a medicine ball, battle rope, open resistant band, a closed resistant band, and a towel, heavy dumbbell, kettle bell and jump rope for this workout. Complete 30 seconds of work at each station. Before switching, complete the exercise in between depending on the round.

  1. Round 1: 5 burpees
  2. Round 2: 10 kettle bell swings
  3. Round 3: 25 jump rope

  4. bicep isolation pull aparts (band)
  5. battle rope
  6. wall balls
  7. med ball burpees
  8. band high knees
  9. battle rope jacks
  10. med ball slams
  11. med ball twists
  12. band plank jacks
  13. squat side step toe taps
  14. band arm pulls
  15. hall dumbbell push
