cross training 12.22.16

Perform each exercise beginning with 5 reps in the first round and 30 reps in the final round. Do one lap farmer carry between sets.

5-10-15-20-25-30

  1. push ups
  2. overhead squat
  3. kettle bell swings
  4. toes to bar OR wipers
  5. clean and press
  6. front racked lunge
  7. russian twist
