  4. 10 back lunge front kicks
  5. 10 thrusters
  6. 1 dumbbell push (down and back)
  7. 8 baby arnolds
  8. 20 straddle plank side toe taps
  9. 20 ball slam hop overs
  10. 10 roll up wall balls
  11. 10 boat pose barbell press and tap
  12. 15 burpee wall balls
