25 Days of Fit Christmas

It’s December 1st, which means it’s 25 days until Christmas. We decided to cram the countdown into one workout 🙂

  1. 1 minute plank
  2. 2 minutes weighted jacks
  3. 3x 10 push ups
  4. 4x 5 tricep extensions with 10 pulses
  5. 5x 5 jump lunges
  6. 6 pendulum lunges ea leg x2
  7. 7 shoulder presses x2
  8. 8 jump squats x2
  9. 9 weighted v-ups x2
  10. 10x 10 sec wall sits or 100 sec
  11. 11 bicep curls, 11 pulses, 11 isometric holds x2
  12. 12 burpees
  13. 13 plie squats, 13 pulses x2
  14. 14 plank rows ea side x2
  15. 15 mountain climbers 3x
  16. 16 chest press + leg lift
  17. 17 goblet squats, 17 pulses x2
  18. 18 sec high knees x3
  19. 19 upright rows x2
  20. 20 skater hops x2
  21. 21 in and out crunches
  22. 22 side plank with hip drop ea side
  23. 23 russian twists x2
  24. 24 weighted squats x2
  25. 25 burpees
