Crosstraining 11.10.16

Finding *somewhat* of a balance between muscle strength building, cardio and core work.

Complete four rounds. For each consecutive round, each bolded number increases by ten. The other reps stay the same throughout each round. Round one=10, round 2=20, round 3=30 & round 4=40.

10 dumbbell thruster

10 front racked lunge

50 ball crunches

1 suicide (gym court)

10 renegade rows

10 front racked squat

50 knees to elbows

3x stair run

10 bicep rows

10 stability ball hamstring curls

50 flutter kicks

3x 50 m sprint
