Long over do cross training post. Lots of jump rope with the pouring rain outside for cardio.

5 rounds:

  1. 100 jump rope/DU
  2. 10 burpees
  3. 10 push ups
  4. 10 sit ups
  5. 10 squats

3 rounds:

  1. 100 mountain climbers
  2. 10 ea. single arm kettle bell swings
  3. 10 ea. renegade row
  4. 5 ea. single leg burpees

1 round:

  1. 50 wall balls
  2. 30 push ups
  3. 200 jump rope/DU
  4. 50 weighted jacks
