3x is the Charm

Cross training workout: you will need a hill or stairs to climb and one or two sets of dumbbells. If pressed for time, work through each set of exercises 2x instead of 3.

3x:

10 scurpee jabs

10 scurpee tricep kickbacks

10 scurpee shoulder press

1 hill run

3x:

10 ninja squats

10 goblet squats

10 monkey squats

1 hill run

3x:

30 mtn climbers

20 knees to both elbows

10 v ups

1 hill run

3x:

30 tricep dips

20 bicep curls

1 gym length bear crawl forward/backward

1 hill run

3x: 

10 launch push ups

10 long jump-hop backs

10 burpee 180s

1 hill run
