  • 10 burpee star jumps
  • 40 front racked lunges
  • 30 russian twists
  • 20 burpee long jumps
  • 10 hill runs
  • 40 weighted jacks
  • 30 wall balls
  • 20 spider plank
  • 10 jump squats
  • 40 bear crawls
  • 30 squat to upward row
  • 20 glider pike ups
  • 10 hand stand push ups

Congratulations to you if you make it to the end without your arms collapsing in those final push ups!
