Get up.

Today focused on leg strength and endurance, i.e. it was hill climbing day 🙂 As I’m sitting here writing this, I’m not sure if I’m sore from past days or from this morning. It was a good sweat sess either way! What did you do inside (or outside) on this fine Wednesday?

Here it goes again – warm up

Stage 1: Hill

  1. Don’t let me get me – seated climb + pushes
  2. Highway to hell – standing climb
  3. Chandelier – heavy climb

Save tonight – active recovery

Stage 2: Speed work

  1. Hard – 20 sec on, 10 sec rest; work at 2 above base, base for rest
  2. Best I ever had – 30 sec on, 15 sec rest; work at 4 above base, base for rest
  3. Maps – anaerobic sprints on chorus; work at 6 above base, base for rest

Lock me up – active recovery

Stage 3: Hill

  1. Alive – seated climb + pushes
  2. Beautiful people – climb + seated sprints
  3. Bleeding out – heavy climb

Bonus: This is what you came for – standing climb + sprints
