Cross Training Workout + Playlist

We did stations in cross training today. First round, we worked for 1 minute, with 10 kettlebell swings between each station. Second round, we worked for 45 seconds, with 10 kettlebell swings between each station. In between rounds, we did 5 minutes of core work together. It was a great, heart pumping workout!

Stations:

Toes/knees up to bar

Wall balls

Bosu spider plank

TRX chest press

Thrusters (15# or 20#)

Squat side steps with band (15# or 20#)

Stair run 3x

Burpee box jumps

Box step ups (20#)

Bag work (30 jabs|30 hooks|30 belly rippers)
