We had a quick little 2 hour blizzard roll through this afternoon, but it didn’t stop several from joining me in class tonight. Here’s what we did.

  1. warm up – stretching, squats
  2. legs: elevated squats, elevated front lunges
  3. legs: squats, curtsey lunges
  4. shoulders: 90 degree lateral lifts, 90 degree shoulder hinges
  5. core: single|double leg lifts, reverse crunches
  6. biceps: incline bench curls|hammer curls
  7. chest: incline bench press|chest fly
  8. calves: calve raises on bench, toes pointed straight|inward|out
  9. core: plank variations {hip dips, knee taps, knees to elbows}
  10. hamstrings: single leg|double leg dead lifts
  11. arms: dead rows, upward rows
  12. triceps: tricep kickbacks, tricep extensions, tricep raises {along spine}
  13. booty: bridge, bridge leg lifts
